Custom / Made-to-Order Pieces

At Saara Designs, we pride ourselves on crafting exquisite, personalized outfits tailored specifically to your individual measurements and design preferences. As each piece is meticulously handcrafted to order, All Custom or Made-to-Order items are Final Sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for these items under any circumstances. This includes:

Custom sizing or measurements
Personalized designs
Made-to-order color or fabric choices

We kindly request that you carefully verify all details, including your measurements and design specifications, before finalizing your order to ensure a perfect fit and satisfaction. Each of these pieces is handcrafted specifically for you, and as such, cannot be resold or restocked.

Ready-to-Ship Items

At Saara Designs, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of every piece we offer. We accept returns for Ready-to-Ship items under the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping/courier costs.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding original shipping charges).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare case of a manufacturing error or defect from our side, we are committed to correcting the issue promptly. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details and our dedicated team will work diligently to address and resolve your concern.
